We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Sales Specialist to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Digital Experience practice, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth across the European region.

About the Role

The Digital Experience Sales Specialist will be accountable for the total DX practice order book across the assigned portfolio of accounts within the Swiss region. You will engage with CXOs and business owners to build strong customer relationships, create a deep understanding of the client's business, and work effectively with globally distributed technical and pre-sales teams to shape proactive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across the European region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and business owners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead generation and business development activities to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account teams to create business development plans and execute joint sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant business experience in a large consulting or SI organization, with at least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successful solutioning and sales in the digital and application services domain.
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and digital transformation.
  • Executive presence and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
