Funds and Private Assets Services
The Technology & Operations division at Pictet Group focuses on designing and integrating software applications for various sectors, including portfolio management, trading, banking, and corporate solutions. They drive innovation and sustain business operations while expanding custodian and funds administration services.
We seek an experienced Funds and Private Assets Tax and Regulatory Business Compliance Manager to join our team based in Geneva. This role will collaborate closely with operational teams to address regulatory matters associated with fund and private asset investments made by our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely responses to ongoing due diligence requests from fund and private asset counterparties.
- Deliver AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information to external parties.
- Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, including front officers, operational teams, tax, and legal advisors.
- Participate actively in project development and process optimization.
- Identify and manage potential risks affecting clients and the bank.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or equivalent experience in the financial sector.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- Comprehensive understanding of funds operations, AML/CFT, tax, and regulatory aspects.
- Proficient in both French and English with excellent communication skills for senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern IT/data systems.
- Strong emphasis on professionalism, autonomy, discretion, and teamwork.
- Resident in Switzerland or open to relocation.
