Ticketing Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticketing Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ticket and hospitality sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize sales forecasting.
- Ticketing Operations: Manage the entire ticketing process, including ticket inventory management, ticket holds, and ticket sales forecasting.
- Customer Journey: Enhance the customer experience by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Commercial Partnerships: Collaborate with commercial stakeholders and sponsors to meet their requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the sport industry, promoter environment, entertainment venue, or similar.
- Ticketing Platform: Solid experience in creating or managing an in-house ticketing platform for large-scale events.
- Language: Fluent English (C1) and French (B2) language skills, with other languages an asset.
- Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
