Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our small development team, working closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The primary project involves developing a portfolio management system, comprising:

  • .NET services integrating with various data sources;
  • .NET back-end (Web API), responsible for core operations running on IIS;
  • T-SQL based complex reporting and BI functionality implemented with stored procedures;
  • React/TypeScript front-end.

The team's responsibilities include:

  • Full-stack development: front-end, back-end, and database work;
  • Managing application infrastructure, including occasional Windows and IIS administration tasks;
  • Collaborating directly with business users to refine requirements and deliver impactful tools;
  • Selecting technologies, libraries, and frameworks to suit project needs.
Requirements
  • A University Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or any other quantitative studies;
  • At least five years of experience in software development and programming, combined with a strong experience in React/TypeScript, MS SQL/T-SQL and NET/C#;
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English; German language skills would be a plus;
  • Experience with DevExpress/DevExtreme as well as familiarity with financial, trading, or reinsurance industry would be a strong asset;
  • A pro-active and independent person with a strong team spirit, demonstrating a strong self-motivation to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • A pragmatic approach to development while maintaining clean, maintainable solutions.
