Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Scientist to join our team at Randstad (Schweiz) AG in Neuchätel, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the life cycle of analytical assays in the QC laboratory, with a focus on laboratory investigations, critical material qualification, and laboratory method transfers.
- Support daily QC activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS requirements.
- Validate and qualify assays, reagents, and equipment, and oversee the execution of validation and qualification activities.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems, conduct risk assessments, and participate in root cause analysis and investigations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the application of industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
- University or engineering degree in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
- 1-2 years of experience in GMP pharma business activities, preferably in the scope of recombinant therapeutic products.
- Experience in GMP laboratory activities, method transfer, and critical reagent qualification.
- Excellent problem-solving and deviation management skills, with good knowledge of statistical tools.
- Fluent in French and English (C1 written and spoken) and proficiency in standard IT tools.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
