We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to drive revenue growth by building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue across multiple industries and regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the wearable technology, healthcare, or sports industries.
The successful candidate will create and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives, focusing on key market segments such as sports, healthcare, and research. They will recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
The Sales Growth Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. They will also identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand into new markets and geographies, working closely with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to regional needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives, focusing on key market segments.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand into new markets and geographies, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the wearable technology, healthcare, or sports industries.
- Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
