Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Crypto General Counsel to lead all legal matters related to the foundation's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Crypto regulations and compliance standards in Switzerland and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice on regulatory compliance and develop comprehensive legal strategies to mitigate risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, ensuring alignment with foundation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the foundation in legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry groups to stay abreast of legal developments and advocate for favorable regulatory environments.
- Work closely with senior management to align legal strategies with the foundation's goals.
- Strong legal qualification, with admission to practice law in Switzerland.
- Years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Deep understanding of Crypto regulations and compliance standards in Switzerland, as well as international standards.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate legal issues and provide proactive solutions.
- Fluent in English is a must have.
