Global Therapeutic Area Quality Director

Job Overview
PharmiWeb: Global Life Science Jobs is seeking an experienced Global Therapeutic Area Quality Director to lead our Research and Development Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the global quality strategy for early R&D Development up to phase IV Projects.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and quality assurance, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the global quality strategy for early R&D Development up to phase IV Projects.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of GxP Quality Management Systems.
  3. Partner with Risk, Governance, Operations (RGO) in the development of the Quality Narrative, specifically developing and contributing to the audit/inspection portion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.S. and/or M.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or Health or Quality related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 10 years QA experience or relevant experience in medical quality management, biomedical science, clinical development, or regulatory compliance.
