Lonza’s Global Internal Audit function is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Internal Auditor to join our dynamic and diverse team. You will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of IT-focused internal audit assignments. As you grow in this role, you will lead audit processes and provide insights that enhance IT governance, risk management, and operational controls.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our IT practices meet compliance, security, and operational standards, while identifying areas for continuous improvement as the company advances through its technology. Familiarity with IT and IT Security frameworks (e.g. li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
