ELCA Advisory is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen its team. Your role: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Supporting our customers in implementing their digitalization strategies and IT projects by understanding their needs to conceptualize and design effective solutions. - Solving client challenges through a structured approach, identifying project risks, and communicating proposed remedies effectively; engaging with clients and stakeholders to clarify issues, identify problems, define measures, and make recommendations. - Conducting workshops with clients to guide them through various project phases. - Leading the entire lifecycle from business needs analysis to solution design in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. - Prioritizing requirements of various stakeholders. - Identifying, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements as user stories suitable for agile development, acting as the interface between customers and experts. - Leading system tests. - Contributing to project management and administration. Your profile: - University degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent professional experience. - At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting, preferably in a service company. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder management success. - Strong communication and persuasion skills in German and English, essential for responding to RFPs and marketing initiatives. - Proactive, independent, and structured work approach. - Excellent analytical skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation to take IT solutions from concept to implementation. - Strong interest in strategic consulting areas such as data or IT governance, digital strategy, IT management, audits, and assessments.
