Client Solutions Manager, Ecommerce, DACH (STE, 24 months) Facebook Switzerland Sàrl Vacant since : 03.11.2025 | Number of jobs : 1 | 8045 Zürich (ZH) | 100% By agreement Until 03.11.2026 Registration requirement The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's DACH eCommerce team is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do and supports their growth. Responsibilities - In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners - Serve as external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership - Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions - Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders - Work and collaborate with broad group of internal cross‑functional teams - Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs - Outline and manage measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery - Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance - Project manage complex work streams - Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.) Minimum Qualifications - Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad‑tech, partnerships, CRM) - Knowledgeable in eCommerce environment and trends - Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills, and the love to learn in an ambiguous environment - Experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams and all levels of management - Demonstrated experience to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details - Strong communication skills, collaboration and working effectively in a team - Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights, to be confidently presented to external clients - At least 5 years of relevant job experience - Business level English Preferred Qualifications - Expertise working with advanced measurement solutions (incrementally, attribution, MMM) - Expertise with app marketing - Expertise with creator marketing About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
