Process Expert, Drug Product, biopharmaceutical Compounding

In our Drug Product Services (DPS) business unit, we are currently seeking a Process Expert in the Compounding team, to support our new sterile Drug Product facility in Stein. This outstanding role is part of a Greenfield project, where you will join a highly energized and diverse team. The full list of our local benefits can be also found on assetstream.aspx What you'll d o: - Act as the technical expert to ensure that the industrial sized GMP washers and autoclaves (and related equipment) run efficiently and effectively - Coordinate and support the qualification of new equipment, ensuring they meet strict industry standards - Identify weaknesses in the equipment and process and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues - Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices - Collaborate with team members across Drug Product Services, especially the existing Drug Product facilities to successfully implement improvements and new processes - Generate detailed SOPs and WIs as well as recipe documents for various processes to ensure standardized execution and quality control What we're looking for: - Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering (e.g. Chemical, Pharmaceutical Process- or Mechanical Engineering or similar) - Proven experience in aseptic manufacturing in a sterile and GMP controlled environment is a must - Experience with industrial sized GMP washers and autoclaves (and related equipment) is a strong plus - Experience in the qualification of equipment and/or deviation management is a plus - Proficiency in English; German is a plus - Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase.
