The Position
The Role
Estamos en búsqueda de un Finance Manager CANDEAN en Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá (posición temporal por 8 meses). Tiene el objetivo de planificar, definir y dirigir la administración y control de los recursos financieros de la organización a fin de asegurar el capital necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades según las estrategias y políticas definidas por la compañía, velando por la correcta aplicación de estos procedimientos.
Your Opportunities
Funciones a realizar:
- Planear y dirigir la administración de los recursos financieros de la organización, con el fin de garantizar la óptima utilización de los mismos.
- Negociar los recursos económicos con las instituciones financieras y los proveedores, para así optimizar los recursos financieros necesarios para el desarrollo de las actividades de la compañía.
- Coordinar la preparación del plan de negocio, para su presentación y aprobación del grupo, con el fin de establecer la guía estratégica de la operación y el financiamiento, así como definir los objetivos de la compañía.
- Evaluar el resultado operacional con el objetivo de detectar desviaciones, buscando acciones y oportunidades para lograr el alcance y superación de los objetivos.
- Controlar, analizar y ajustar el CAPEX (Capital Expenditure o gastos de capital), con el fin de monitorear las inversiones de capital, así como garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por Casa Matriz.
- Asegurar la adecuada planeación de los recursos financieros a corto, medio y largo plazo que son necesarios para las operaciones de la compañía, con el análisis del flujo de liquidez, el crédito y las colocaciones, así como las relaciones con instituciones financieras.
- Mantener las operaciones de registro y contabilidad de la compañía, siguiendo los lineamientos de la legislación local e internacional, y los procedimientos y normas emitidos por Casa Matriz.
- Coordinar todas las tareas relativas a asuntos tributarios de la empresa, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, según las disposiciones legales vigentes y siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos por el corporativo.
- Establecer y administrar los procesos internos, de acuerdo a las políticas y orientaciones corporativas y normativas legales vigentes, para detectar riesgos operativos, financieros, en activos y administrativos que pudieran afectar el negocio.
- Coordinar las auditorías internas y externas, asegurando la transparencia y la correcta gestión financiera en la región.
- Colaborar en conjunto con la Gerencia General en la elaboración del Plan Anual de Ventas a través de un proceso mensual de forecasting.
Who You Are
Requisitos del perfil:
- Graduado universitario en Finanzas o Economía. Postgrado en estudios Financieros o Administración Gerencial.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en cargos de liderazgo o dirección financiera a nivel regional.
- Conocimientos sólidos en Planificación Financiera, Contabilidad, lmpuestos y Controlling, y gestión de Cadena de Suministro.
- Dominio de herramientas financieras (SAP, Oracle).
- Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios, comunicación, negociación, análisis financiero y pensamiento estratégico.
