In this role you will drive the rollout of new SAP functionality and related manufacturing documentation, acting as a functional lead for an interdisciplinary team to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes. Start Date: 01/11/2025 Duration: 12 Months Place of Work: Visp Key Responsibilities - Lead the rollout of new SAP functionality and maintain associated change management documentation - Update manufacturing documentation such as SOPs and batch records to reflect changes - Act as functional lead for production personnel, supervisors, and specialists overseeing assigned initiatives - Develop training materials for manufacturing personnel, plant logistics, and related areas - Guide and support activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing in defined DSP areas (e.g., capture, intermediate purification, polishing, or drug substance filling) Candidate Profile - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field - Substantial experience in Downstream Processing or Bioconjugates/Mammalian production within biotech/biopharma, including chromatography and filtration techniques - Practical SAP experience with a focus on logistics - Strong GMP knowledge and experience - Proven project management skills with proven success in rolling out initiatives - Solid understanding of production logistics and MES end-user experience - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and/or German - Ability to create and support training documentation - Highly collaborative with a strong team orientation, ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments - Structured, organized, and solution-focused approach - Open to new ideas and able to adapt to changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
