Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken, die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Schutzmaßnahmen sowie die Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Gesetze und Standards, um die Sicherheit von Mitarbeitern und den Schutz der Umwelt zu gewährleisten. Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinärem Team, das am Standort die Entwicklungs- und Pilotbetriebe für Formulierung und Synthese zu allen Themen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes betreut und die Umsetzung der globalen Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen koordiniert. Ihre Herausforderung - Verantwortlich als Teil des Teams für die Umsetzung der Code of Practices im Bereich Health, Safety und Environment mit Aktualisieren und Revalidieren der HSE Site Directives und zugehöriger Dokumente. - Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Arbeitsplatz- und Prozessrisikoanalysen. - Unterstützung beim Führen des Abfall-, Abwasser- und Abluft Managements. - Ansprechpartner für den Arbeitsbewilligungsprozess und Life Saving Rules. - Planen und Durchführen von Audits. - Durchführen von Ursachenermittlungen und -abklärungen bei Zwischenfällen. - Unterstützung der Teamkollegen bei Trainings. - Beratung interner Kunden zu allen Themen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes. Qualifications Ihre Erfahrungen & Kompetenzen - Bsc, MSc oder ähnliche Ausbildung in Chemie oder Verfahrenstechnik mit mind. 5 Jahren Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld, innerhalb einer komplexen Matrix-Organisation. Kenntnisse in VUV, ArG und EKAS 6508 etc. ASGS ist von Vorteil. - Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse. - Analytisches Denken.
