Unser fünf-köpfiges Team "Tax Operations" ist für die Erbringung von umfassenden Steuerdienstleistungen im In- und Ausland zuständig. Wir sind die Anlaufstelle bei steuerlichen sowie operativen Fragestellungen und verantworten die Abwicklungsprozesse der Steuerdienstleistungen.

Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten

- Sicherstellen der Steuerdienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Schweizer Verrechnungssteuer und den ausländischen Quellensteuern (Steuerrückforderung, Abschlagszahlung und Entlastung an der Quelle) für alle angebotenen Kundensegmente
- Einholen von steuerrelevanten Dokumenten wie Tax Voucher und Steuerbescheinigungen auf Kundenwunsch
- Sicherstellen der Verbuchungen der italienischen "Withholding Tax"
- Anpassen der Steuerdienstleistungen auf die Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Stakeholder und weiterentwickeln der Abwicklungsprozesse
- Überwachen der Märkte auf relevante Änderungen, ableiten von Auswirkungen auf die Steuerdienstleistungen und Mitarbeit bei den notwendigen Implementierungen
- Vertreten des Fachbereichs in Arbeitsgruppen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten

Dein Profil – mehr mitbringen

- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Steuerbereich einer Bank
- Abgeschlossene höhere Berufsausbildung mit eidg. Diplom FH oder HF
- Neben den Daily-Business-Aufgaben bringst du auch Erfahrungswerte in Projekten zu Steuerthemen mit
- Konzeptionelles Arbeiten bereitet dir Spass und du bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität mit
- Deine Vorgehensweise ist effizient sowie service- und kundenorientiert
- Du überzeugst mit deinem sicheren Auftreten und deinen ausgeprägten Sozialkompetenzen
