The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life Operations Graduate What you can expect - Rotational assignments across key operations functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics) to build end-to-end understanding of plant and value-stream performance. - Ownership of improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma to deliver measurable results (, OEE, throughput, scrap, lead time, cost). - Cross-functional collaboration leveraging ERP data, standard work, and CI tools to drive data-based decisions and sustainability of gains. - Provide a first line of response to relevant queries from internal and external contacts - Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility - Mentorship, regular performance feedback, and development with exposure to senior operations leaders.
