Notre maîtrise de l’acide hyaluronique nous permet de proposer des produits de comblements et des dermocosmétiques de la plus haute performance, dans plus de 90 pays dans le monde et d’être le 3ème acteur mondial des fillers à base d’acide hyaluronique. Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe SIRH, nous recherchons un(e) Senior HRIS Specialist avec une expérience confirmée sur SAP SuccessFactors pour une mission de 6 mois. Le/la candidat(e) interviendra sur l’administration, le pilotage et l’optimisation de 7 modules SuccessFactors, en coordination étroite avec notre partenaire. Senior HRIS Specialist – SuccessFactors – Mission de 6 mois Activités principales : - Assurer la configuration, l’administration et la maintenance courante des modules SuccessFactors. - Analyser les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions simples et efficaces. - Piloter la relation avec le partenaire : priorisation, suivi des développements, validation fonctionnelle, mises en production. - Contribuer aux projets d’évolution du SIRH et à l’amélioration continue des processus. - Réaliser les tests, la documentation et la gestion des incidents. - Assurer le support de niveau 2 et accompagner les utilisateurs. Votre profil : - Minimum 3 ans d’expérience opérationnelle sur SuccessFactors (certification appréciée). - Capacité à intervenir directement sur la configuration et délivrer des solutions fiables. - Capacité à gérer la relation avec le partenaire externe et à organiser la priorisation des demandes internes. - Flexibilité pour intervenir sur plusieurs modules SuccessFactors. - Forte orientation résultats, rigueur et esprit analytique. - Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et sens aigu de la qualité des données (contrôles, fiabilité, cohérence). - Français courant et anglais niveau intermédiaire.
