Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur - Vous contrôlez la conformité aux règles financières (gouvernance d’entreprise, organisation interne, lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et codes de déontologie) dans les secteurs bancaire, de la négociation de titres et des fonds d’investissement - Vous fournissez conseil et accompagnement aux intermédiaires financiers dans leurs démarches d’autorisation auprès des régulateurs ou des associations professionnelles - Vous pilotez des missions spécifiques visant à identifier d’éventuelles obligations réglementaires ou à rectifier des situations de non-conformité découlant de manquements aux normes en vigueur - Vous développez une expertise sur un large portefeuille de clients - Vous acquérez une compréhension approfondie des besoins et des défis d’une clientèle diversifiée Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur - Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en droit des affaires ou d’un diplôme équivalent. Une formation en compliance ou le brevet d’avocat constitue un atout - Vous disposez d’au moins 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine bancaire ou financier, et une expérience en cabinet d’audit sera un plus - Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et maîtrisez l’anglais - Vous savez proposer des solutions innovantes, appréciez le travail collaboratif et aimez le contact direct avec les clients - Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en négociation et la capacité de trouver des accords équilibrés - Vous résidez en Suisse Vous pouvez également profiter des avantages suivants - L’opportunité d’intégrer une équipe dynamique et diversifiée au sein d’un secteur en plein développement - Un environnement en forte croissance offrant des perspectives stimulantes sur un marché en expansion Nous avons éveillé votre intérêt ?
