Consolidation Controller

Vacancy: Consolidation Controller (H F X) - We are looking for a Consolidation Controller (H F X) for our client, a multinational company based in Geneva, to join its dynamic structure for a permanent role:

The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Missions

- You prepare and ensure the accuracy of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards, including complex group reporting requirements.
- You perform analytical reviews of balance sheets and P&L accounts, providing insights to enhance group-level decision-making.
- You oversee the management of intercompany transactions, cash flow reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments to ensure compliance with group policies.
- You drive process improvements by contributing to the development and optimization of consolidation tools and financial systems.
- You support audit processes and ensure accurate documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- You collaborate closely with local and global teams to align reporting practices across the organization.

Profil du candidat

- You hold a Swiss CPA certification, highlighting your strong expertise in accounting and consolidation.
- You bring extensive knowledge of IFRS standards, with proven consolidation experience.
- You possess significant experience in multinational or multi-entity environments, managing group-level financial processes.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- You have familiarity with advanced financial systems or tools, enhancing your ability to streamline reporting processes.
