The Position We are looking for a passionate and energetic Intern to support the International Product Managers (IPM) for our Core Lab Reagents Lifecycle Team in Roche Diagnostics. In this role, you will contribute to managing our CC portfolio with a focus on on-market product care, quality topics, and product lifecycle improvements. You will collaborate closely with the IPM and different Global functions on product lifecycle management responsibilities incl. competitor analysis, product launches and generation of marketing material. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a global, cross-functional environment and gain hands-on experience in E2E product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic portfolio development. The opportunity - Supporting on-market portfolio management and product quality topics - Coordinating with global and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution - Preparing documentation, presentations, and analysis to support product decisions - Competitor and market analysis - Supporting in product launches - Generation of Marketing and Communication Material Who you are - A passionate and motivated early-career talent with a strong interest in product management, diagnostics, or the healthcare sector - Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment - Strong communicator with solid stakeholder-management capabilities - Able to remain calm, resilient, and structured when dealing with critical or time-sensitive topics - Possessing an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail -Start date: March 2026 -Workload: 100% -Duration: 12 months -Location: Rotkreuz We kindly ask you to provide a motivation letter, a current CV, and your enrollment certificate/proof of qualifications.
