Was Sie hier tun - Teil eines international anerkannten Forschungsteams in den Bereichen Human-Computer Interaction, Educational Technology und Wirtschaftsinformatik werden – mit Schwerpunkt auf Human AI Systems (Agentic AI, Large Language Models, Digital Coaching, Conversational Agents) - Mit internationalen und nationalen Partnern aus Wissenschaft und Praxis aktiv zusammenarbeiten - Bestehende Prototypen in JavaScript und Python konzipieren und weiterentwickeln sowie Labor- und Feldexperimente (Qualtrics) durchführen - Forschungsergebnisse auf internationalen Konferenzen präsentieren und in renommierten Fachzeitschriften publizieren - Zur Lehre beitragen und Masterstudierende betreuen, beispielsweise im Bereich Prompt Engineering Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen - Einen Masterabschluss (Universität) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technischer BWL, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychologie, Verhaltenswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Gebiet. - Starkes Interesse an interdisziplinärer Forschung und Innovation (User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, webbasierte Prototypen). - Erste Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von (Forschungs-)Projekten. - Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem multidisziplinären Team zu arbeiten. - Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 (Wort und Schrift), Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B1 von Vorteil Vorweg schon einmal einige unserer Pluspunkte - Viele Kontakte mit jungen, wissbegierigen Menschen aus aller Welt, die etwas erreichen wollen. - Grosse Freiheiten bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitszeiten – mobiles Arbeiten inklusive. - Arbeitsort an Top-Lage mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit. - Ein angenehmer Umgangston und viel Kollegialität.
