Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop within the Databricks environment - Support the migration of data processing pipelines from Informatica to Databricks - Perform data transformations using Python, SQL, and PySpark - Work within an international data team (8-10 people in Geneva) - Contribute to the AWS cloud strategy and next-year planning - Develop APIs and support data-driven processes - Provide technical reinforcement in a team with several senior members nearing retirement - Interact with business stakeholders; financial industry knowledge is an advantage Job requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in Databricks development - Strong experience in Python, SQL, and PySpark - Solid understanding of data pipelines and data architecture - Experience in cloud environments, ideally AWS - Technology-agnostic development mindset - Nice to have: experience in the financial industry (funds management, segregated accounts, discretionary asset management) - Fluent in English
