Initialement investi dans le secteur financier, Talan s’est développé ces dernières années dans les secteurs de l’horlogerie, des assurances, des médias et des services. Description du poste Nous recherchons un Architecte Solutions pour l’un de nos clients, un acteur majeur du secteur du luxe. Ce rôle stratégique vise à auditer, cartographier et optimiser les solutions existantes afin d’identifier des pistes d’amélioration et de proposer des recommandations adaptées. Ce poste implique de nombreux échanges avec les équipes métiers, nécessitant d’excellentes compétences en communication et en vulgarisation technique. Audit et évaluation des solutions - Analyser et cartographier les systèmes existants afin d’identifier les forces et les faiblesses. - Évaluer la performance, la sécurité et l’interopérabilité des solutions en place. - Définir des axes d’amélioration et proposer des recommandations adaptées. Conception et modernisation de l’architecture - Structurer et articuler une vision claire de l’architecture cible en accord avec les objectifs métier. - Assurer l’alignement entre les besoins business et les solutions technologiques. - Participer à l’intégration des nouvelles solutions dans le SI. Collaboration et accompagnement métier - Être l’interface clé entre les équipes métiers et IT pour garantir une approche cohérente. - Expliquer les enjeux techniques aux décideurs non-techniques et assurer un accompagnement au changement. - Assurer un suivi régulier et ajuster les recommandations en fonction des besoins métiers et des contraintes techniques. Environnement technologique CRM : Salesforce, Adobe Suite PIM (Product Information Management) Solutions de Digital Marketing et gestion des données clients Architecture SI & intégration des systèmes Sécurité & conformité des données Expérience requise - Expérience confirmée en tant qu’Architecte Solutions, avec un focus sur l’audit et l’optimisation de systèmes. - Connaissance approfondie des solutions Customer Experience (CRM, PIM, Digital Marketing). - Expérience dans des secteurs exigeants comme le luxe, l’industrie ou le retail est un plus. - Solides compétences en audit et évaluation de solutions IT. - Excellent communicant, capable de dialoguer avec les équipes métier et de vulgariser des concepts techniques. - Capacité à structurer une vision stratégique et à proposer des recommandations pertinentes. - Esprit analytique et force de proposition. - Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. #J-18808-Ljbffr
