The Position

Als Praktikant*in unterstützt du das Chapter Manufacturing Process & Support. Das Chapter ist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu dem aseptischen Herstellbereich und den anderen Chaptern innerhalb des Clinical Supply Centers. Das Team ist für die Sicherstellung des E2E Prozesses im Rahmen der aseptischen Herstellung verantwortlich. Wir betreuen die betriebsinternen Herstellaufträge auf Batch Ebene und unterstützen die Herstellbetriebe (Compounding, aseptische Abfüllung, visuelle Inspektion) von der Erstellung und Freigabe der Herstellvorschriften bis zum Batch Production Record Review und Approval. Weiter sind die Fachbereiche Zonenkonzept, Schleusenprozesse (Personal/Material) und Product Steward im Chapter integriert.

Die Möglichkeit (die Aufgaben):

- Pflegen der KPI`s im SQDEC Format

- Support der E2E Prozessexperten beim Batch Record Review

- Support der MiBi-Experten beim Trending der MiBi-Daten

- Durchführung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in den Fachbereichen Reinräume und Schleusenprozesse

- Visualisierung von Geschäftsprozessen

- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von Annex 1

Wer du bist:

- Du bist offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragst konventionelle Denkmuster. Du schätzt es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird

- Du bist an einer Universität oder Fach-/Hochschule immatrikuliert, vorzugsweise in einem Betriebswirtschafts-, Wirtschaftsingenieur, oder Informatikbereich oder du hast dein Studium weniger als 12 Monate vor dem Startdatum abgeschlossen

- Du bist daran interessiert, deine Kenntnisse in einer vielfältigen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen weiterhin bist du eine teamfähige, flexible und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit

- Du bringst Engagement, Motivation sowie die Bereitschaft selbständig zu arbeiten mit und hast hohe Affinität für IT Applikationen und die Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und leanes "E2E"-Denken, sowie fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
