In our Finance Team, you ensure that two of the most renowned hotels in Switzerland are financially perfectly positioned. Your responsibilities – precise, diverse, impactful - You actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure transparent, reliable financial data. - You prepare VAT returns and keep all tax-related topics under control. - You are responsible for accounts payable — including payment transactions and timely payment runs. - You ensure clean accounts receivable processes and handle dunning procedures professionally and solution-oriented. - You manage lease agreements and handle invoicing for our residences using Opera Cloud. - Start date: immediately or by arrangement. This is you - You have a solid commercial education (or equivalent) and bring several years of experience in accounting. - You communicate effortlessly in German and have good command of English. - Excel is a tool you use efficiently — digital solutions excite you. - You work independently, precisely, and enjoy taking ownership of your area of responsibility. - Your professional demeanor, natural kindness, and polished appearance complete your profile.
