Responsibilities include:
- Participating in the Firm's development of new software solutions, and particularly the implementation of a new CRM system including:
- Making sure the client database is correctly segmented in order to implement target marketing activities appropriately;
- Collaborating with IT to drive the implementation of the selected CRM infrastructure;
- Overseeing with IT the CRM data governance which will include data standards, audit and structures, user access rights and reporting;
- Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective client management/ development tool;
- Troubleshooting software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology;
- Delivering training courses to users, from Partners to Legal Assistants;
- Responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity (data stewardship) within our CRM system, working in conjunction with an AI-automated CRM product to optimize data management processes.
- Providing project management support across a range of tasks, from strategic planning to detailed troubleshooting, with a focus on collaborative working, client service and internal efficiency;
- Assisting with process improvement and change management initiatives, helping fee-earners transition into new ways of working by supporting the disaggregation of tasks and the creative adoption of technologies;
- Contributing to the Firm’s matters databases; dashboards, reports, and KPIs; and in the development of matter-specific and generic resources;
- Assisting with the analysis of Firm matters, combining external and internal data, client feedback, and experience to propose innovative approaches;
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Business Development & Marketing team on all Firm initiatives as required.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Math/ Statistics, Business Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines;
- At least a first successful professional experience (including internship), preferably within professional services’ firm;
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to generate insights and reports;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools (training on the firm’s CRM will be provided);
- Experience as part of a team that implemented a CRM system or managed a large-scale development project is a plus;
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills that will help to manage competing demands between the different business support departments, Partners, and management;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and work seamlessly on a daily basis with team members and other Firm members in other offices;
- Proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
- Excellent written and oral English mandatory, as well as excellent French and/ or German;
- Proactive and motivated to learn and develop the Firm’s business by using technology.
