Job Description — Role and Responsibilities Event Project Manager focused on Signage and Branding: client face and report; contact and management of internal and external suppliers; responsible for the flow with designers; project execution to ensure quality and client satisfaction; organized and committed to deadlines with team and client; develop presentations in PowerPoint and Excel in English, Portuguese and Spanish; conduct meetings (with team, vendors and client in the 3 languages); interact and ensure information flow along team and client. Responsible for all matters related to Signage: floorplans, staffing needs, production schedule, etc. Build branding and signage plan for the event. Responsible for coordinating the flow between client needs, designers, and other workstream leads. - Vendors quotes review and management - Internal MCI processes - Responsible for event operation plan, execution and management with a Signage and Branding perspective - Organize and manage operations processes (schedules, checklists, cash flow) and negotiations with vendors; manage deadlines and schedules - Responsible for training and leading on-site freelancers with a Signage and Branding perspective - Tools: Planner and PowerPoint — use to accomplish tasks on deadlines and ensure communication with the internal team; Airtable — use to coordinate tasks between client and team - Bring suggestions and ideas to the project, respecting the standards; bring solutions - Help to build and organize information for Site Visit and Event — operational perspective Job Requirements - Experience in Events Management, planning and production with a focus on Signage; preferable corporate events - Nice to have: Experience managing events in Expos/Pavilions - Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced English and Spanish — able to conduct meetings and build presentations in both languages - Process oriented — organized and committed with schedules and deadlines - Some knowledge in planning tools, such as Planner - Lead vendor interaction and negotiation (Signage and Branding perspectives) - Available for travel — must have a valid passport and USA visa Complementary information Contract as PJ (salary + perks) Home office with at least 2 meetings (sometimes more) per month in the Morumbi region office, and on-site during site visits and events.
