Job Description Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet senior spécialisé en innovation et transformation digitale, capable de piloter des initiatives stratégiques depuis la conception jusqu’à la mise en production. Pilotage de projets et programmes - Coordonner plusieurs projets en parallèle, du cadrage à la livraison. - Définir les jalons, anticiper les risques et gérer les ressources et dépendances. - Préparer et animer les comités de suivi (COPIL / COPROJ). - Assurer le reporting structuré et la communication avec les parties prenantes. Innovation et expérimentation - Identifier et développer de nouvelles initiatives innovantes (POC, MVP, prototypes). - Animer des ateliers collaboratifs et sessions de co-création. - Construire et suivre un pipeline d’innovation, en intégrant les bonnes pratiques de prototypage et d’expérimentation. - Maintenir un réseau actif avec des partenaires externes et internes. Analyse métier et alignement IT - Recueillir et formaliser les besoins métiers. - Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques. - Participer aux cadrages d’architecture et aux aspects sécurité. - Assurer la cohérence entre les initiatives métiers et les systèmes IT existants. Conduite du changement - Élaborer et déployer les plans de changement liés aux projets. - Préparer et animer les formations, communications et ateliers utilisateurs. - Suivre l’adoption et l’impact des initiatives via des indicateurs pertinents. Déploiement et suivi post-lancement - Coordonner les phases de tests et de mise en production. - Assurer le suivi post-go-live et la collecte des retours utilisateurs pour améliorer les solutions. Qualifications - Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets digitaux / innovation (5 à 10 ans minimum). - Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking et bonnes pratiques de prototypage/POC. - Capacité à gérer des projets transverses et multi-acteurs. - Solide expérience en conduite du changement et adoption utilisateur. - Connaissance des technologies Data, AI, intégration SI est un plus. - Excellent sens de la communication et de la facilitation d’ateliers. - Capacité à convaincre et à fédérer autour d’une vision.
