As part of our Procurement team, you will contribute to key digitalization initiatives and gain hands-on experience in contract lifecycle management, ERP systems, and supplier negotiations Your Role - Ensure all contracts are current and accurately reflected in our digital contract tool - Upload and organize missing documentation to maintain compliance and traceability - Monitor contractual obligations such as annual fees and other conditions - Assist in the transition from shared folder structures to SharePoint for improved collaboration and document control - Contribute to task automation initiatives using Excel macros and the ServiceNOW ticketing system - Create and maintain contract records in SAP ERP - Conduct market benchmarks for materials and services - Launch Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Analyze RFQ responses based on price, quality, and lead times - Support negotiations of terms and conditions with suppliers Your Profile - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Matriculation during the entire internship period is required) - First SCM experience is preferred. - Strong interest in digital tools and process optimization - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Fluent in English; German and French are an asset What we offer you - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Matriculation during the entire internship period is required) - First SCM experience is preferred. - Strong interest in digital tools and process optimization - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Fluent in English; German and French are an asset If you are interested in a multicultural, challenging and innovative working environment and your profile matches our requirements, we are looking forward to receiving your online application in English.
