Junior Technical Visual Designer

We are looking for a Junior Technical Visual Designer to support the Marketing & Communication team in the development of high-quality visual materials and technical documentation. The role focuses on the creation of 3D models and realistic renderings of equipment and plant sections, to be used across multiple communication channels such as videos, brochures, presentations, exhibitions and the corporate website. This position represents a transversal function between the Engineering and Technology teams and Marketing & Communication, ensuring that visual outputs are both technically accurate and aligned with Casale’s brand identity. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a bridge between technical and communication functions, facilitating alignment - Collaborate with Marketing & Communication, Engineering, Technology and other internal teams to understand project goals, communication objectives, technical requirements and timelines - Support multiple projects and ensure timely delivery in line with priorities and brand guidelines Concept & Visual - Brainstorm and develop visual concepts that effectively translate technical content into clear and engaging communication - Contribute to the definition of visual storytelling, layouts and graphic solutions for different media Design Execution & Content Development - Produce high-quality visual assets for web, print, social media, presentations and exhibitions - Create and adapt layouts, illustrations, images and graphics using professional design tools - Ensure consistency in terms of style, tone and visual identity 3D Modeling & Rendering - Develop 3D models of industrial equipment, systems and plant sections, based on technical drawings and engineering data - Produce realistic renderings through accurate texturing, materials and lighting, Production Coordination & Technical Accuracy - Coordinate with external partners such as agencies, printers, photographers or web developers, when required - Work closely with technical teams to validate details, proportions and specifications Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure all visual materials comply with Casale’s brand guidelines, visual identity and communication standards Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Software Skills - Knowledge of some 3D modeling and drafting tools, such as: - AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA (or similar CAD/CAE software) - Experience with 3D visualization and rendering software, such as: - Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, V-Ray / Corona Renderer - Good knowledge in design software, including: - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma Design & Creative Skills - Background in graphic design, industrial design, visualization or similar disciplines - Understanding of typography, color and layout - creativity and attention to detail and visual consistency - Ability to transform technical information into clear, engaging and high-impact visuals Soft Skills - Curiosity and interest in industrial and engineering environments - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work with different stakeholders - Inclination to work in an international environment - Good organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Visualization, Engineering Design or related fields - 0–2 years of experience in a similar role, internships included - Experience in an industrial, engineering or technical environment is a strong plus Languages - English: good working proficiency - Italian: good working proficiency
