Job Title: IT Security Architect
Location: Geneva, Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

We are seeking a talented IT Security Architect to join our Geneva team. In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive security architecture, ensuring robust protection for critical assets.

Your Responsibilities:

- Design and define the overall security architecture for the organization, aligning with business objectives and technology strategies.

- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines to safeguard data and systems.

- Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate security measures into systems, applications, and processes.

- Conduct security reviews of application descriptions to ensure compliance with best practices.

- Provide expertise on GDPR, PCI compliance, and other data security standards.

Your Profile:

- 5–7 years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on security architecture.

- Proficiency in tools such as SPLUNK, Cloudflare, AWS Security Tools, and Snyk.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing secure systems and defining policies.

- Strong understanding of GDPR, PCI compliance, and various data security protocols.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges.
