Missions
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and company policies.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits.
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with EMEA region regulations and Swiss labor laws.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an international company.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Conditions et Avantages
