IT Operations Specialist - Applikationen (m/w/d) Verantwortung: - Bearbeitung und Analyse von Störungen in IT-Hardware, Software, Netzwerken und Kommunikationslösungen - Entgegennahme von Tickets, Kundenanfragen und Änderungswünschen über das System (Remedy) - Remote-Support und Anwenderunterstützung im Identity- und Access-Management (IAM) - Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachteams - Pflege, Aktualisierung und Ausbau des Applikationsinventars - Überwachung der IAM-Systeme zur Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und optimaler Performance - Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft - Übernahme von Früh- und Spätdiensten sowie optionaler Wochenpikett-Dienst - Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung Qualifikationen: - Rund 5 Jahre Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level IT-Support für Applikationen - Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation (z. B.
