Medical Nurse

The Kusnacht Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care, oversee laboratory processes, and ensure the seamless coordination of nursing-related tasks. With a focus on precision, client care, and collaboration, you will play a key role in maintaining excellence across our medical and clinical services. Your Responsibilities - Collect various samples (blood, saliva, urine, hair), conduct breathalyzer tests, and provide wound care - Perform medical and BIO-R check-ups, including BMC measurement, EKG, vitals, and medication documentation - Administer infusions and injections as needed - Manage lab processes: order tests, prepare/transport samples, and coordinate with partner labs - Prepare medical areas for client assessments - Monitor, order, and maintain medical supplies and equipment - Oversee client medications, collaborating with doctors for accuracy - Conduct weekly medication reviews with Live-In Counsellors - Support BIO-R, Atrium, and other departments as needed - Provide coverage for the BIO-R Team during absences You are/have - Completed training as "Fachangestellte/r Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ" or Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH - At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant healthcare setting - Proven experience in placing infusions and blood draws - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office - Strong communication skills in German (minimum B2) and proficiency in English (minimum C1) - A high sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility - Strong social competence and a client-oriented mindset - An innovative and communicative personality - A valid driver's license (must-have) What we offer We offer an engaging opportunity in an international environment, where you will be part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.
