Pour notre client, une entreprise suisse leader dans la construction d'infrastructures de télécommunication, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e Technicien Supporter (junior). Junior Technician Support - Lausanne pour la région Lausanne
Vos tâches
- Prises de rendez-vous avec les clients et coordination avec les techniciens
- Support par téléphone des clients et des collaborateurs internes et externes.
- Rédaction de contrats
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers des clients et planifier l'agenda des techniciens et monteurs.
Nos exigences
- Formation commerciale ou technique avec CFC.
- Expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de la planification et de l'administration.
- Langue maternelle française.
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (C1 min.)
- Connaissance de SAP est un avantage.
- Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels.
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et entregent
