Votre mission :

A ce poste, vous êtes sous la direction du Responsable Technique et Engineering du site.

Vous assurez avec vos équipes l'entretien et le développement de l'infrastructure bâtiment et énergies du site de production pharmaceutique.

Vous dirigez le service technique dédié aux énergies, et également les équipes nettoyage et conciergerie pour les aspects Bâtiment.

Vos tâches :

· Vous êtes en charge de la planification de l'entretien des énergies et bâtiment.

· Vous gérez les interventions des partenaires externes.

· Vous organiser la maintenance des équipements énergie et de l'infrastructure bâtiments.

· Vous encadrez une équipe d'une quinzaine de collaborateurs.

· Vous contrôlez et optimisez les processus techniques du point de vue de la performance, de la qualité, des coûts et des délais.

· Vous soutenez le service AQ lors de la qualification/validation d'équipements.

· Vous contrôlez et analysez les coûts et leur répartition ainsi que les indicateurs-clé et réaliser les KPI.

· Vous participez à des projets d'amélioration ou d'installation de nouveaux équipements en collaboration avec le département Engineering.

· Vous suivez les consommations et la performance énergétique des équipements.

Votre profil :

· Vous êtes ingénieur HES ou équivalent dans une branche technique, idéalement au bénéfice d'un diplôme fédéral de dirigeant en Facility Management et Maintenance ou titre jugé équivalent.

· Vous avez de l'expérience dans un environnement GMP ou dans un domaine de production industrielle tel que l'agro-alimentaire, la microtechnique ou l'horlogerie.

· Vous avez des connaissances techniques des équipements « Utilities » dans un environnement pharmaceutique (traitement d'eau, vapeur technique/ pure, air comprimé, gaz médicaux, eau glacée, HVAC...)

· Vous avez des connaissances techniques dans le domaine du Bâtiment (chauffage, ventilation, sanitaire, maçonnerie, construction métallique, etc.)

· Aisance avec les outils modernes de gestion de la maintenance (GMAO, SAP ou autre)

· Français, Anglais (B2 min).
