Vos missions - In der Rolle als Head of HR sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und personelle Führung der Human Resources Abteilung für die Liebherr Machines Bulle SA (rund 1/'500 Mitarbeitende) - Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellen Sie wertschöpfende Lösungen und Services sicher entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle, insbesondere durch erfolgreiche Umsetzung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung der HR Strategy Roadmap - Sie fungieren als echter Sparringpartner, Coach und Facilitator für die Geschäftsführung und das Management bei People- und Leadership Themen. Weiter wirken Sie in der Organisationsentwicklung und der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen mit - Abgeleitet von den Unternehmenszielen erarbeiten Sie Programme und Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Skills und Kompetenzen im Unternehmen - In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Divisional und Group HR entwickeln Sie HR bei Liebherr stetig weiter und stärken sowohl das HR Business Partnering sowie die CoE in den operativen und strategischen Bereichen - Die HR-Digitalisierung treiben Sie in enger Abstimmung mit der zentralen IT weiter voran und stellen den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechend interne Steuerungsinstrumente (HR Analytics) bereit um datenbasierte Entscheidungen und Massnahmen zu vereinfachen Votre profil - Sie können mehrjährige HR- und Führungserfahrung aus ähnlichen Funktionen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, vorweisen - Sie bringen ein sehr gutes Verständnis über das Funktionieren und Entwickeln von Organisationen sowie Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen mit - Ihre ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und Ihre hervorragenden kommunikativen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten machen Sie zum vertrauten Partner für das Management sowie weitere interne und externe Partner - Sie bewegen sich mit Leichtigkeit in Matrixorganisationen und verstehen es durch erfolgreiches Stakeholder-Management nachhaltig zur Wertschöpfungssteigerung beizutragen - Sie agieren vorausschauend und marktorientiert, überzeugen als unternehmerisch denkende Person und fördern bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit wie auch Innovation - Ihre Leadership Skills erlauben es Ihnen, das HR-Team gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und die Führungskompetenzen im gesamten Unternehmen positiv zu beeinflussen - Sie beherrschen unsere Unternehmenssprachen Französisch und Deutsch und können sich dank sehr guter Englischkenntnisse auch im internationalen Kontext problemlos verständigen Notre offre Pouvons-nous vous motiver à endosser un rôle à responsabilités dans une entreprise familiale, dynamique et indépendante ?
