Procimmo SA est une direction de fonds autorisée par la FINMA, spécialisée dans la création, la direction, et la gestion de fonds de placement de la catégorie « fonds immobiliers » en Suisse. Elle administre et gère deux SICAV, pour un total de CHF 4 milliards d’actifs sous gestion, dont notamment « Streetbox Real Estate SICAV ». Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e Portfolio Manager 100% Vous êtes passionné·e par le domaine de l’immobilier, la gestion technique et les chiffres ? Vous êtes polyvalent·e et touche à tout et souhaitez piloter un portefeuille d’immeubles en Suisse romande ? Rejoignez notre équipe Streetbox et mettez vos compétences au service d’une gestion immobilière exigeante et dynamique Tâches 80% gérance immobilière : supervision de la gestion locative du portefeuille, notamment contacts avec les locataires, suivi des vacances locatives, supervision de l’entretien courant, états des lieux et visites hebdomadaires, suivi des retards et gestion des contentieux. 20% portfolio management : gestion et valorisation du portefeuille d’immeubles du fonds Streetbox en Suisse Romande : participation à la vérification des données financières lors du bouclement des comptes en soutien du Fund Controlling, reporting pour le Fund Manager, préparation et suivi des budgets annuels et pluriannuels ainsi que des business plans, coordination administrative des ventes en collaboration avec la Direction de fonds. Également, participation et suivi des projets de développement ainsi que des acquisitions de parcelles. Profil Formation supérieure en immobilier, économie / finance ou technique du bâtiment Expérience préalable en gérance immobilière ou technique indispensable Excellente connaissance du marché romand et du droit du bail avec des connaissances en finance Permis de conduire indispensable (visites régulières) Nous offrons Une rémunération attractive avec une prime collaborateur Une grande autonomie, des horaires flexibles et du home office Des opportunités de formation continue
