We are looking for an In this role, you will forecast market needs, plan seasonal buys, and ensure our production plans align with both business ambitions and operational capacities. You’ll be an analytical thinker who loves working with data — and an effective communicator who can translate insights into action, influencing Sales and Merchandising decisions.**Blue Yonder, Power BI, and Excel** to automate, analyze, and continuously improve forecasting processes. The role requires someone who thrives in a **complex, fast-paced, multi-season environment**, balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution. You’ll work with tools such as **3+ years of experience** in demand (preferred) or supply planning, ideally in an omnichannel retail or consumer goods environment. Excellent **communication and presentation skills** — you can make complex data clear and actionable for business partners.
