We seek a Head Strategy & Business Development to join our Exchanges team in Zurich, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, expanding business opportunities, and fostering innovation. Be part of a team that values collaboration and long-term success.

What You Will

Do - Drive strategic roadmap development and implementation aligned with corporate goals and shareholder expectations. - Identify market trends and growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis and strategic foresight. - Translate strategic priorities into actionable measures with clear KPIs and performance outcomes. - Build strong relationships with corporates, trading participants, and institutional investors to support growth. - Lead initiatives for new market segments, ESG products, and digital transformation to enhance competitiveness. What You Bring - University degree in business, finance, or economics and 10–15 years of relevant professional experience. - Proven experience in corporate strategy and business development within capital markets or financial institutions. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence at executive level and across functions. - High analytical capability and strategic vision combined with a results-oriented mindset and innovation focus. - Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
