Application Support Specialist - Front Office (80-100%) We are looking for an Application Support Specialist – Front within the IT Operations department to provide application support for Front tools (Wealth Management) to the client-facing and operational units of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., as well as to our external partners. YOUR ROLE - Provide functional support for Wealth Management applications - Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot all issues raised within the team - Ensure maximum availability of applications and deliver quick solutions to Front teams’ queries - Participate in quality checks and drafting of new application releases - Train users on applications and assist our partners during UAT YOUR PROFILE - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Strong interest in the banking sector - Strong analytical and teamwork skills with a keen interest in client interaction - Sense of responsibility - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in French and English - Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate Fünf Werte definieren die DNA unseres Hauses.
