Verantwortung: - Bereitstellung von technischem Support (Level-1 und Level-2) für Software und digitale Lösungen - Diagnose und Behebung von Problemen in Systemen und Anwendungen, insbesondere Windows-basierte Umgebungen - Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Software, Systemen und IT-Lösungen - Schulung der Endanwender und Dokumentation von technischen Prozessen - Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams für reibungslose Implementierungen Qualifikationen: - Technische Ausbildung und mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Support, bevorzugt in maritimen oder verwandten Bereichen - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehlerbehebung und im Umgang mit Windows- und Linux-Systemen - Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien, Datenbanken (SQL, MySQL) und Skriptsprachen - Erfahrung mit Überwachungs- und Ticketing-Systemen, z. B.
