YOUR MISSION Your role is to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and embody the brand’s service standards. You will inspire customers with your expertise, provide personalized skincare consultations, and ensure an elegant, welcoming environment at the counter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Client Experience & Sales – Offer tailored skincare advice, demonstrate products, and perform luxury treatments to build strong customer relationships and drive sales. - Brand Representation – Uphold the brand’s image by delivering impeccable service, storytelling, and expert knowledge. - Retail Excellence – Ensure flawless counter presentation, maintain stock levels, and support visual merchandising guidelines.
