Job description Your responsibilities - Serve our Swatch Group watch brands and country subsidiaries on daily operational requests - Care and troubleshoot daily operations to support European Distribution Center and countries - Monitor the transport activities from our distribution center and ensure a smooth information flow between all stakeholders - Behave as specialist of transportation for delivery and return experience - Challenge current processes with the project team to improve the operation’s efficiency and the delivered service quality - Operate daily actionable dashboards to monitor the activities and extract insights to feed decision makers, project team and stakeholders in a continuous improvement approach - Behave as a team member of European, International transportation and Export for daily operations and analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
