Anforderungsprofil: Senior Product Owner
Projektbeschreibung:
Ziel ist die Einführung und Integration einer All-in-One-Business Management Software als neue Buchungs- und CRM-Lösung für KMU in der Schweiz. Für das Einführungsprojekt suchen wir einen Senior Product Owner, für einen Einsatz von etwa 9 Monaten, mit folgenden Profil:
Aufgaben:
•Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Analyse und Konsolidierung von Business- und Technical Requirements im Einklang mit der Gesamtprojekt und den Zielen von localsearch.
•Roadmap-Management: Entwicklung und Pflege einer produktorientierten Roadmap mit Fokus auf MVPs und schnelle Ergebnisse.
•Stakeholder-/Schnittstellen-Management: Agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Business- und technischen Teams, um Anforderungen verständlich zu übersetzen und effektiv umzusetzen.
•Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement: Strukturierte Dokumentation, inkl. Definition von Prozessen und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.
•Dokumentation & Training: Erstellung klarer Dokumentationen und Vorbereitung von Schulungen zur Produktnutzung.
Anforderungen:
•Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre als Product Owner/Manager in B2B-Projekten, vorzugsweise mit SaaS-Lösungen.
•Fachliche Kompetenzen: CRM-Systeme, API-Integration, Datenintegrationen.
•Technische Skills: Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence und Cloud-Architekturen.
•Soft Skills: Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, innovationsgetrieben.
•Sprachen: Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
•Ausbildung: Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft.
