- Bachelor- und Masterstudierende im Kernfach Trompete Jazz and Contemporary Music sowie stilistischen Ensembles unterrichten
- Eine eigene Klasse aufbauen und Studierende zu deren Diplomen begleiten
- Die musikalischen Fähigkeiten der Studierenden sowie deren Reflexionsvermögen und Kreativität im Hinblick auf den Musik- und Unterrichtsmarkt fördern
- Gemeinsam mit dem Kollegium die Entwicklung einer transdisziplinär ausgerichteten Hochschule unterstützen sowie in Jurys und Kommissionen mitwirken
- Sich mit Forschungs- und Vermittlungsfragen rund um die aktuelle Musikpraxis beschäftigen und eigene Impulse setzen

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Trompete Jazz, internationale künstlerische Ausstrahlung und viel Auftrittserfahrung
- Didaktische Eignung und pädagogische Unterrichtserfahrung auf Hochschulebene, Kenntnisse der Methodenvielfalt des aktuellen Musikunterrichts
- Grosse stilistische Breite über das Kernrepertoire Jazz hinaus, Erfahrung in Musikvermittlungsfragen- und formaten und verwandten Bereichen
- Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Präsenz in Bern während des Semesters, da wöchentlicher Unterricht vor Ort zwingend
- Die Vorstellungsgespräche bzw. Probelektionen finden am 6. / 7. März 2025 in Bern statt
