Nous accompagnons une entreprise en forte croissance dans une phase clé de structuration de sa fonction Finance. Nous recherchons un(e) Finance Manager, prêt(e) à s'investir pleinement dans un rôle complet, exigeant et stratégique, basé au siège en Suisse romande. Ce poste s'adresse à un profil moteur, capable de gérer le quotidien comptable tout en pilotant plusieurs projets structurants en parallèle, dans un environnement de groupe avec des délais de clôture et de reporting serrés. Vos missions : - Piloter la comptabilité générale des entités suisses dans un environnement groupe structuré (Swiss GAAP) - Garantir des clôtures rapides et fiables avec production de reporting, KPI et analyses dans des délais contraints - Encadrer et faire monter en compétence une équipe comptable (3-4 personnes) - Être un acteur clé de la transformation : amélioration continue des processus, renforcement des contrôles internes, digitalisation - Contribuer activement aux projets finance transverses du groupe (outils, organisation, process) - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction financière dans un contexte de forte évolution Le profil recherché : - Formation comptable solide, Brevet Fédéral Suisse fortement apprécié - Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire, idéalement après un passage en Big4 - Habitude des environnements groupe, des clôtures rapides et du reporting exigeant - Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités, fort niveau d'engagement et d'implication personnelle - À l'aise dans des contextes de changement, de croissance et de priorités multiples - Français courant, Anglais courant indispensable - Connaissances de Business Central / D365 : avantage certain Ce que nous offrons : - Un poste clé et exposé, au cœur des enjeux financiers du groupe - Un rôle combinant management, opérationnel et projets structurants - Une réelle marge d'impact dans une organisation en transformation - Rémunération attractive - Télétravail possible - Prise de poste rapide souhaitée afin d'accompagner des échéances financières majeures L'annonce vous correspond ?
