La division Corporate Functions regroupe les activités non bancaires du Groupe et compte plus de 600 collaborateurs. Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l'ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Communication, Compliance, Finances, Ressources humaines, Sécurité de l'information, Audit interne, Juridique, Corporate Office, Risques et Fiscalité.
En tant que membre de l'équipe Financial Accounting, vous aurez la responsabilité de la tenue de la comptabilité d'entités suisses du groupe Pictet, et vous contribuerez à la préparation de la consolidation mensuelle des entités du Groupe, ainsi qu'au suivi et à la mise en œuvre des projets liés aux finances du Groupe.
Votre rôle
• Etre responsable de l'établissement des clôtures mensuelles des différentes sociétés suisses du Groupe et contribuer à la consolidation globale du Groupe.
• Participer à l'analyse mensuelle des résultats.
• Participer activement aux différents projets impliquant le service de comptabilité générale.
• Comptabiliser des écritures comptables, saisir et effectuer des réconciliations comptables.
• Assurer le traitement, la comptabilisation et le paiement des factures fournisseurs.
• Préparer des statistiques périodiques.
• Participer à l'établissement de documents fiscaux (décomptes de TVA, impôts directs, etc.).
Votre profil
• Formation universitaire dans le domaine de la finance ou de la comptabilité.
• Expérience de plus de 10 ans dans la comptabilité et le domaine bancaire.
• Expertise en matière de processus de traitement des opérations bancaires.
• Connaissance d'Avaloq et de SAP (S/4 HANA) requise.
• Connaissance de l'environnement réglementaire applicable aux banques, notamment en matière de/d':
o prescriptions comptables suisses pour les banques (PCB),
o prescriptions suisses et internationales relatives aux exigences réglementaires en matière d'exigences de fonds propres et de liquidités,
o exigences fiscales applicables aux banques et aux groupes internationaux (WHT/IA, DT, CBCR, etc.).
• Connaissances en gestion et en organisation des données et capacité à extraire, manipuler et analyser ces dernières (Access, SQL, Oracle, Power BI: un plus).
• Intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies (intelligence artificielle, RPA, technologies numériques) et très bonne capacité à en appréhender leur utilisation.
• Excellent niveau d'anglais; allemand: un atout.
