For a Private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Compliance Officer AML - 100% Your responsibilities: - Monitor and perform enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high risk and PEP clients - Treat alerts generated by AML system and filter any Sanctions transactions - Ensure regulatory standards and practices are followed and implemented into the Private Banking activity - Update internal policies and procedures in accordance to any regulations changes - Develop and deliver AML/CDB training to CRMs - Participate in the process of opening and updating accounts - Conduct investigations when required and submit internal reports to appropriate services (Risk...) - Take part in other Compliance assignments such as Cross-border, Mifid II, Market abuse, LSFin, LEFin... Your profile: - Minimum 6-7 years experience in Compliance AML within a Swiss private bank, a law firm or a Big4 - University degree in Law or Finance as well as a Certificate / training in Compliance (CAS in Compliance...) - Strong knowledge in Swiss banking regulations (FINMA, AML/CDB...) - Diplomatic, team-player and analytical thinking individual with a strong communication skills and flexibility - Fluent in French and a very good command of English; other language is a plus. Swiss residence mandatory
